Rudra Transformation is a personal coaching service operated by Kishan. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit rudratransformation.com, take the assessment, or work with us as a client.
If you take the assessment: your answers, your scores, and, if you choose to provide it, your email address. If you book a call: scheduling information through Cal.com. If you become a client: payment information processed through Stripe (we never see or store your card details). We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
We understand that visiting a site about life after drinking is itself sensitive. We treat every piece of data here accordingly. Assessment data is stored in access-controlled systems and is never used in any content, testimonial, or example without your explicit written permission.
Assessment results are emailed to you and stored so we can prepare for your call if you book one. Your email receives your results and a short series of follow-up emails, which you can opt out of by clicking unsubscribe or replying "stop." We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, except as described in the Confidentiality and Emergency Contact sections of your coaching agreement if you become a client, or as required by law.
Assessment data is stored in Google Sheets, accessible only to Kishan. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email communication goes through Gmail. Call scheduling is handled through Cal.com. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and security measures.
Only Kishan has access to your assessment data, session notes, and coaching records. Nothing you share in the coaching relationship is disclosed to anyone without your explicit permission.
Coaching clients receive a separate written agreement covering confidentiality in full. The short version: what we discuss stays between us, with narrow exceptions for legal requirements and imminent safety risk.
This site uses cookies through Google Analytics to understand site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
We retain your information for the duration of our coaching relationship and for 12 months afterward, then delete it unless you request otherwise. Assessment data from non-clients is retained only as long as needed to deliver your results and follow-up emails.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing rudratransformation@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honored within 14 days.
We may update this policy as the business evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
