Who We Are

Rudra Transformation LLC ("Rudra Transformation") is a personal coaching business operated by Kishan. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit rudratransformation.com, book a call, subscribe to the newsletter, or work with us as a client.

What We Collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, processed by Substack under their privacy policy. If you book a call: scheduling information through Cal.com. If you become a client: payment information processed through Stripe (we never see or store your card details). We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Google Analytics may collect anonymized usage data, IP addresses, and device information in accordance with Google's privacy policy. The site is served through Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects aggregate, cookie-free traffic data such as page views, referrers, and load performance, and does not identify individual visitors.

Sensitive Information

We treat all data collected through this site with care. Data you share with us is stored in access-controlled systems and is never used in any content, testimonial, or example without your explicit written permission. If you give that permission, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing rudratransformation@gmail.com; we'll remove the material from the site and anything else we control and stop using it going forward.

How We Use Your Information

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is used to deliver posts through Substack. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email. By providing your email address through the newsletter signup, you consent to receiving communications related to the service you signed up for, including occasional emails about Rudra Transformation's coaching and content. Every such email identifies who it's from and includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them immediately. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers described in this policy, except as required by law or where there is imminent risk of serious harm, as detailed in the coaching agreement if you become a client.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Assessment data collected through this site before August 2026 remains stored in Google Sheets, accessible only to Kishan, and is deleted on request. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email communication goes through Gmail. Call scheduling is handled through Cal.com. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and security measures. Email is not a fully secure medium. If something feels too sensitive to send by email, say so and we'll use another channel.

AI Tools

We use AI-assisted tools (such as Anthropic's Claude) to help prepare for calls, organize notes, and draft written materials. That means information you share, including, for clients, intake and session notes, may be processed by these tools. We use settings that do not allow the tool provider to train its models on this information, we share no more than the task requires, and every judgment and every document remains Kishan's responsibility. Coaching clients receive a fuller disclosure and give written consent in the coaching agreement.

Who Has Access

Only Kishan directly accesses your session notes and coaching records. Third-party services listed above (Google Sheets, Gmail, Cal.com, Stripe, and the AI tools described above) process data as part of delivering the service but do not independently access or use it. Nothing you share in the coaching relationship is disclosed to anyone without your explicit permission, except as required by law, where there is imminent risk of serious harm, or in anonymized form with nothing that could identify you, as detailed in the coaching agreement.

Client Information

Coaching clients receive a separate written agreement covering confidentiality in full. The short version: what we discuss stays between us, with narrow exceptions for legal requirements and imminent safety risk.

Cookies

This site uses cookies through Google Analytics to understand site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's browser add-on. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.

Data Retention

We retain your information for the duration of our coaching relationship and for 4 years afterward, then delete it unless you request otherwise.

Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing rudratransformation@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honored within 14 days, except for records we need to keep to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

Security Incidents

If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly, consistent with California law.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If a change materially affects how your information is used, we will flag it prominently on this page and notify active clients by email before it takes effect.
