Rudra Transformation is a personal coaching service operated by Kishan. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit rudratransformation.com or work with us as a client.
When you submit the application form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and your responses to the application questions. If you book a call, we collect scheduling information through Cal.com. If you become a client, we collect payment information through Stripe. We do not store your payment details directly.
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data about how visitors interact with the site. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general location data. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
Your application responses are used to prepare for your discovery call and to determine fit. Your email is used to communicate with you about your application, your coaching engagement, and related correspondence. We do not send marketing emails unless you subscribe to our Substack newsletter separately.
Application data is stored in Google Sheets, accessible only to Kishan. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email communication goes through Gmail. Call scheduling is handled through Cal.com. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and security measures.
Only Kishan has access to your application data, session notes, and coaching records. Nothing you share in the coaching relationship is disclosed to anyone without your explicit permission. This is a core commitment, not a formality.
We retain your information for the duration of our coaching relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days.
