Rudra Transformation provides personal coaching services including one-on-one coaching calls, a structured daily protocol, progress tracking, and ongoing accountability. The specific structure and content of your engagement is discussed and agreed upon during your discovery call.
Rudra Transformation is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or any form of licensed healthcare. Kishan is a coach, not a therapist, doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching provides guidance, structure, and accountability. What you do with it is up to you. You agree to communicate honestly and to raise concerns directly if something in the process is not working for you.
Everything discussed in coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. Nothing is shared without your explicit permission. You agree to respect the same confidentiality if you participate in any group setting with other clients.
Payment terms are discussed on the discovery call and confirmed before engagement begins. Payments are processed through Stripe. Coaching is a commitment, not a subscription. There are no automatic refunds for unused sessions or early discontinuation. If an exceptional circumstance arises, reach out directly and we will discuss it.

Rudra Transformation and Kishan are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions you take as a result of coaching. Coaching is provided in good faith with the intention of supporting your growth, but results depend entirely on your engagement and circumstances. Nothing is guaranteed.
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. If you choose to discontinue, notify Kishan directly. Discontinuation does not entitle either party to a refund for services already rendered or committed to.
