Rudra Transformation provides personal coaching services: a free self-assessment, a free introductory call to review your results, and a 90-day one-on-one coaching program. The program includes weekly coaching calls, a structured daily protocol, progress tracking, and ongoing accountability. Coaching clients sign a separate written agreement before the program begins; that agreement governs the coaching relationship and supersedes these general terms where they overlap.
Rudra Transformation is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, substance use disorder treatment, or any form of licensed healthcare. Kishan is a coach, not a therapist, doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
The free assessment is a self-reflection tool. It is not a diagnostic instrument, does not measure or screen for any medical or psychological condition, and its results are not advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching provides guidance, structure, and accountability. What you do with it is up to you. You agree to communicate honestly and to raise concerns directly if something in the process is not working for you.
Everything discussed in coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. Nothing is shared without your explicit permission, except as required by law or where there is imminent risk of serious harm, as detailed in the client agreement.
Payment terms are discussed on the introductory call and confirmed before engagement begins. Payments are processed through Stripe. Program fees and refund terms are set out in the client agreement. You may reschedule a booked call once with at least 24 hours' notice.
Coaching outcomes depend substantially on your own actions. Nothing on this site promises any particular result, and descriptions of other clients' experiences do not promise yours. Dissatisfaction with outcomes is not grounds for a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rudra Transformation's total liability arising from use of this site or any services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you. Rudra Transformation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Rudra Transformation and Kishan are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions you take as a result of coaching. Coaching is provided in good faith with the intention of supporting your growth, but results depend entirely on your engagement and circumstances. For coaching clients, the client agreement contains more specific terms that supersede this section.

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Specific termination terms are set out in the client agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
These terms may be updated as the business evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
