Agreement

By using rudratransformation.com or engaging the coaching services of Rudra Transformation LLC ("Rudra Transformation"), you agree to these terms and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. This site and these services are for adults only. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. Use of this site, including booking or attending a free call, does not create a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only when you sign a written coaching agreement.

Services Provided

Rudra Transformation provides personal coaching services: a free 15-minute call and a 90-day one-on-one coaching program of 13 coaching sessions, 60 minutes each, with a structured daily protocol, progress tracking, and ongoing accountability. Paid coaching is delivered under a separate written agreement signed before services begin; that agreement governs the coaching relationship and supersedes these general terms where they overlap.

What This Is Not

Rudra Transformation is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or any form of licensed healthcare. Kishan is a coach, not a therapist, doctor, or licensed mental health professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching provides guidance, structure, and accountability. What you do with it is up to you. You agree to communicate honestly and to raise concerns directly if something in the process is not working for you.

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching stays between us and is not disclosed without your written permission, except as required by law, where there is imminent risk of serious harm, or in anonymized form with nothing that could identify you, as detailed in the client agreement. Coaching communications are not protected by therapist-patient or any similar legal privilege.

Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. The program is a commitment to thirteen sessions, and it is built for people who intend to finish it. Fees are earned session by session, and a session is used whether or not you show up: a no-show, an arrival more than 20 minutes late, a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, or a second change to a scheduled session uses that session at full price. Used sessions are not refunded, credited, or transferred. There are no refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction; the only money returned is the unearned balance and whatever the law requires. You get one change per scheduled session, with at least 24 hours' written notice. Before the first session, all payments are fully refundable. After that, if the engagement ends, only the unearned balance is returned, as set out in the client agreement, which also states the cancellation rights that apply by law.

No Guarantees

Coaching outcomes depend substantially on your own actions. Nothing on this site promises any particular result, and descriptions of other clients' experiences do not promise yours. Dissatisfaction with outcomes is not grounds for a refund. Fees already earned stay earned; only unearned fees are returned, as set out in the client agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Rudra Transformation LLC and Kishan Patel individually, and their officers and agents, arising from use of this site or any services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you. None of these parties is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any outcomes, decisions, or actions you take as a result of coaching. Coaching is provided in good faith with the intention of supporting your growth, but results depend entirely on your engagement and circumstances. For coaching clients, the client agreement contains more specific terms that supersede this section.

Intellectual Property

All content on rudratransformation.com, including text, design, and all written materials, is the property of Rudra Transformation. You're welcome to share links; please don't reproduce the materials without permission.

Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Specific termination terms are set out in the client agreement.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from use of this site or these terms follows the same path as the coaching agreement: good-faith informal resolution first, small claims court for qualifying claims, and otherwise the state courts of California. Coaching clients are subject to the dispute resolution terms in their signed coaching agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any court proceeding will take place in the California county where Rudra Transformation has its principal place of business.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the business evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged prominently on this page, and active clients will be notified by email. Continued use of the site or services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
